Hopkins County Sheriff’s Deputies noted an auto that had mechanical failure at the 136 mile marker eastbound shoulder of I-30. There they found Domonique Bre’anna Rugley, 17, the driver. Further investigation revealed that she did not have permission to drive the vehicle.
Rugley is in Hopkins County Jail charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a state jail felony.
