Coach Martinez said doubles specialist Tyler Stout played his first singles match in a couple of years and won the tenth match that assured the Wildcats of the win. Freshman Jonah Kirkpatrick then won his singles match for the eleventh Wildcats’ point. Coach Martinez said the win excited the squad.

Spring play is next for Wildcats’ tennis. Coach Martinez added his CANHelp benefit tennis tournament will be taking place Saturday, November 5 at the Wildcats Tennis Complex.
