Graveside services for Jackson Sloan Hood, age 89, of Sulphur Springs, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Gafford Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, August 15, 2016 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Jackson passed away on Monday, August 8, 2016 at Carriage House Manor.
Arrangements are under the direction of West Oaks Funeral Home.
