Funeral services for Cynthia Kay Young, age 69, of Sulphur Springs, TX, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 19, 2016 at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, visitation will be held 1 hour prior to service, at the church. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. She passed away in Sulphur Springs on Tuesday, February 16, 2016.
