Senior Travis Taylor, Trojans quarterback, signed to play college football for Oklahoma Panhandle State University. Looking on are his parents Lisa and Kenny Taylor. His coach is Cumby athletic director Tom Dracos.

Freshman Dayton Wood, shown  with his Wether goat at the 2016 Ft Worth Stock Show, placed 6th out of 100 senior entries in Senior Showmanship, ages 13-18. Dayton was also a State qualifier in FFA Greenhand Creed Speaking, where he placed in the top 20 out of 689 across the State of Texas.
