The Hugo, Oklahoma Lady Buffaloes closed with a rush to defeat the Lady Cats, 42-35 in Wildcats Gym Friday night. The Lady Cats led 32-27 with less than four minutes to play but couldn’t hold off the charging Lady Buffs. Kaylee Jefferson led the Lady Cats with 14 points and Lexie Moore added 10. The Lady Cats, now 3-1 for the season, travel to Paris next Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 p.m.
