Sulphur Springs City Manager Marc Maxwell is a cast member for the current Community Players production of The Underpants at Main Street Theatre. It opened Thursday. There are also a Saturday night and Sunday afternoon production this week and Thursday and Friday evening and Sunday afternoon stagings next week. Maxwell plays the King of Germany. Comedian Steve Martin wrote the play.
