28-year Sean Michael Brown of Mt. Pleasant faces a charge of indecency with a child in connection with an October 31 incident in Hopkins County. Brown turned himself in at the Camp County Jail in Pittsburg just after 9 a.m. Tuesday. He was later transferred to the Hopkins County Jail
