From now until Feb. 28, adults can take advantage of two new special offers from the GED Testing Service to help them study for and pass their GED test.
Adults studying for the GED test can take the GED Ready practice test for $1. This is $5 less than the practice test normally costs. By taking a practice test, a student can learn if they’re ready to pass the GED test, what skills they should work on in order to pass, and get a personalized study plan with specific pages and chapters to study in their study materials.
In addition, adults who are ready to take their first GED test will save $10 when they schedule. This discount is specific to first-time test-takers when they schedule any of the four GED test subjects: Reasoning Through Language Arts, Mathematical Reasoning, Science, or Social Studies.
To gain information on how to benefit from these offers, adults can log in to the MyGED website at GED.com.
For information on taking GED classes locally, contact the Paris Junior College-Sulphur Springs Center at 903-885-1232, or the Adult and Family Literacy Program at Paris Junior College, 903-782-0424.
