Travis Primary School Interim Principal Chuck King resigned Tuesday morning after six days on the job, effective immediately. Superintendent Michael Lamb said the move would allow King to do something he’s passionate about, a unique opportunity in the ministry field. A similar situation led to the abrupt retirement of principal Juan Harrison in December. Lamb said he would go back to the drawing board for a plan to fill the position.
