Congressman-elect John Ratcliffe, who will be replacing longtime Congressman Ralph Hall in January, has selected Jason Ross of Heath in Rockwall County to be his District Director. Ross will manage Ratcliffe’s district operation across the 18 counties in the 4th Congressional District, which includes Hopkins County. Ross says a commitment to exemplary constituent service will be his overarching priority.
