North Hopkins School officials will celebrate Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. as they have scheduled a groundbreaking for a new elementary school. Voters approved a $5-million bond issue to build the new school back on May 10. The vote was 81-43. Donna George is the North Hopkins School Superintendent.
