Some day soon a plaque will be put up at the Hopkins County Equine Pavilion honoring the memory of Mike Pribble, a famous trick roper on horseback. Pribble hosted a July 4 rodeo for many years in an area where the Equine Pavilion now sits. Monday at Commissioners Court, a proclamation will be read featuring language that will be on the plaque. We learn more from County Judge Robert Newsom.
