The 5th annual St. Jude’s Trail Ride is coming up Saturday at 2J Ranch on County Road 2331 in Como. Gates open at 7 a.m. Some 30 wagons or more and horse riders will be taking off for the 6 ½ to 7-mile ride at 10 a.m. The group should return at around 12:15 p.m. for a lunch of brisket, hot link sausages and chili. Donated items will be auctioned off. Last year’s event made $22,000 for the Memphis children’s hospital.
