The annual dinner honoring this year’s Fall Festival Cover Girl Contestants and their mothers is coming up Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the Plain and Fancy Sandwich Shop. Besides meeting the media, the contestants will receive materials and will hear rules of the events they will be participating in.
