Sulphur Springs Has an Item Before the Ark-Tex Council of Governments Board Thursday

The city of Sulphur Springs has an item before the Ark-Tex Council of Governments Board Thursday morning. The board is expected to review and comment on an environmental assessment for Texas Parks and Wildlife that has applied to TCEQ for renewal of a Water Quality Permit to authorize discharge of treated wastewater from the city plant directly to Cooper Lake.
