If you haven’t heard yet, there is a great chance of cooler weather coming our way. This is great news. Maybe the grasshoppers will disappear with this cool front.

Happy Anniversary to Teresa and Leonard Rocha. Teresa wanted to wish Leonard a Happy 34th Anniversay so she called me. I am thrilled that she called. Thirty four years is a great milestone to reach. Congratulations.

It is the little things in life that can make you smile. Tom and I are still talking to each other after painting our family room. Not an easy task for sure.

Divorce Care started last Sunday. We would like to invite anyone who is struggling with divorce or separation to come join us at First Methodist Church in Sulphur Springs. Currently, we are meeting at 4:00 pm on Sunday afternoons. Each session is independent of the others. There will be 13 sessions. We are praying that we will reach those who are hurting.

I would like to ask Mrs. Flippin who called about the Hotel Kitchen to give me a call. Mrs. Murray would like to talk to you about your memories. Please call me and I will give you her number. Thank you.

We saw something we have not seen in this part of Texas last Thursday. There was a jackrabbit in the road. Could not believe how long his legs were. Not something you see in East Texas.

P31 is thriving here in Brashear. We have such a great group would love to have anyone who would like to share in this experience with us to come join the fun. We meet Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 7:00 pm. We work out for an hour and have a devotional at the end of workout. We would love to share all of this fun with you. Check it out. The first time you come it will be free.

We noticed that the Brashear Free Library is being used quite often. We are going to put in a small tablet so if you have a request you can write it down. Or maybe suggest to others one of the books you enjoyed. We so love to see that the books are being shared.
