The future Congressman for the 4th Congressional District that includes Hopkins County Republican John Ratcliffe will be in Sulphur Springs Tuesday to meet some of his future constituents. He’ll be at Coffee Off the Square from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Ratcliffe defeated incumbent Ralph Hall in a runoff election in May.
