Hopkins County Sheriff Butch Adams said Thursday that the latest start date for construction of the new County Jail is expected to be August 11. A key person for Sedalco of Fort Worth, the construction manager-at-risk, is expected to be off of another project and to be available for the new County Jail project here by that date. Completion date should be December 7, 2015.
