Time Capsule to be Opened

It could be just like Christmas morning for Hopkins County officials and Extension Service members. Monday at noon a 25-year old time capsule will be opened to mark the 100th birthday for the Extension Service. The time capsule was buried in 1989. It was placed west of the Magnolia tree and east of a monument near the County Courthouse.
