Wildcats Track Coach Matt Young Has Good Group Going to Jesuit Relays
Wildcats Track Coach Matt Young will be taking nine Wildcats to the Jesuit-Sheaner Relays in Dallas Friday and Saturday (March 22-23). Events begin Friday night with Landon Thornton and Christian Palomino competing in the 3200-meter run Friday evening. All other events take place Saturday. Coach Young said Thonrton and Palomino would also be participating in the 1600-meter run. Kylan Wade is in the 110-meter hurdles. Ricardo Torres is in the 400-meter run and will run a leg on the 4×400-meter relay. Landry Tyson will compete in the 300-meter hurdles and run a leg on the 4×400 meter relay. Other members of the 4×400 meter relay are Nabian Ramirez and Rhett Reed. Ramirez and Reed will also compete in the 800-meter run. Jeremiah Roland will high jump and Eli Sellers will compete in the pole vault. Coach Young said he was excited to see what his guys can do in that atmosphere.
