Winnsboro Police Department make two arrests, investigated two accidents, responded to 128 calls for service and issued 40 citations and 24 warnings during the seven day period November 14-20, 2016.
Kimberly Stout, 43, of Winnsboro, was arrested November 15 for Assault Family Violence.
Robert Stout, 42, of Winnsboro, was arrested November 15th on a Wood County Warrant.
A minor two vehicle accident occurred November 18th at noon in the 800 block of South Main turning into Dollar General. No injuries were reported.
On November 16th at 4:45 p.m. WPD responded to a major two vehicle accident in the 800 block of West Coke Road. One vehicle was driving west bound on FM 515 when it slowed to wait on a vehicle to turn. A vehicle driving west bound behind the slowed vehicle failed to control speed and struck the first vehicle. Both drivers were transported to Trinity Mother Frances in Winnsboro.
