Hopkins County Commissioners Court Friday morning offered appreciation to Mickey and Barbara McKenzie for the painting they donated to Hopkins County Courthouse. A painting created by Josey Butler during the last Hopkins County Freedom Ball in memory of the 13 soldiers killed when the US pulled out of Kabul, Afghanistan.
