Wednesday morning Hopkins County Fire Station 20 crew assisted the Tira Volunteer Fire Department place new hose received from the Texas Forest Service Helping Hands Program on Engine 14. Engine 14, purchased by the Tira City Council for the TVFD, is the newest addition to the Tira Fire Department and has been in service for two months.
