It could be just like Christmas morning for Hopkins County officials and Extension Service members. Monday at noon a 25-year old time capsule will be opened to mark the 100th birthday for the Extension Service. The time capsule was buried in 1989. For a while it appeared the unearthing of a 25-year old time capsule on Monday would have to be cancelled.
