So far this season, the Lady Cats’ basketball team has managed a win and a loss in district play and an overall 8-5 record at the Christmas break. The Lady Cats have played most of the last six games without leading scorer Desi Debase, who has an ACL knee injury suffered on December 9. The Lady Cats were 6-1 when the injury occurred. Other Lady Cats have been asked to do much more. The Lady Cats lost to Longview at home in district play but then won a big road game at Marshall on December 19. The Lady Cats return to play at a two-day Kaufman tournament starting Monday.
