CLARK, CHELSEA RAE ANNE April 2024

Clark, who has been active on social media posts defending her boyfriend’s involvement, or lack thereof, in connection with stolen cars and other items has now been booked into the Hopkins County Jail with a felony theft charge. The charge levied against Clark is Theft over $300,000 and is a first degree felony charge as she remains in the jail with her bond set at $500,000.

Clark was arrested at the home she shares with Jennings on a theft charge that occurred in December of 2023. Her arrest comes just after the pair had recently returned from a pleasure cruise to the Galveston Cruise Port, where Jennings was arrested on outstanding warrants and transported to the Hopkins County Jail. Investigators have also recently recovered a stolen boat in the Yantis area that was linked to Jennings. Local and state agencies continue to dig deeper on local and regional theft cases, and continue to uncover connections that lead back to the Hopkins County associates of Jennings.

Both Everett Jennings and Chelsea Clark remain in separate areas of the Hopkins County Jail.
