CULBERTSON Arrested, Charged with Indecency

September 4, 2023 – STEVEN LYNN CULBERTSON, age 66, was arrested over the Labor Day weekend. He is charged with three counts of Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact.

His bond is set at $225,000.
