Safety and Logistics (infrastructure) – 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8
Events/Entertainment/Lodging committee meeting at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 9
Administration/Planning meeting at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 10
All meetings will be in the Chamber of Commerce Conference Room, 110 Main St.
