Jan. 31, 2023- Due to the weather, the Eclipse meetings set for the Jan. 31st and Feb. 1st will be postponed, and will resume on Thursday. Please make any and all of the meetings in which you are interested.

Entertainment and Lodging — 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 2
Administration and Planning – 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3
Events – 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 6
Marketing/Community Engagement – 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7
Safety and Logistics (infrastructure) – 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8
