A funeral service for Nancy Lynn Sandifeer, age 65 of Dike, Texas, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home with Shorty Bishop officiating. Interment will follow at Conner Cemetery with Rick Owens, Clint Owens, David Dooley, Ben Dooley, Alan Nelson and Pedro Chappa serving as pallbearers and Pat Potts, Archie Collins, Don Phillips, Gary Almon, Matt Ingle and Cling Payne serving as honorary pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, January 3, 2022, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Mrs. Sandifeer passed away on December 29, 2021, at her residence.
Nancy was born on July 29, 1956, in Houston, Texas, to R.C. and Wanda (Morris) Owens. She married A.G. Sandifeer on February 29, 1980, in Grand Prairie, Texas. She retired from being a secretary at First National Bank. Nancy was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband, A.G.; son, T.G Sandifeer; daughter, Rene Chappa and husband, Pedro, and Rhonda Anderson; grandchildren, Ryan Cortez and Angela Spencer; brother, Rick Owens and wife Michele; nephew, Clint Owens and wife, Jen and ,daughter, Hayley; niece, Brittany Owens;
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents.
