8 Jailed on Felony Warrants Dec. 1-3, 2021

At least 8 were jailed on felony warrant Dec. 1-3, 2021, according to police and sheriff’s reports. The arrested include:

Kyle Ray Rosewell

Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Steve Huffman took Kyle Ray Rosewell into custody Dec. 3, 2021, at Bi-State Corrections Center in Texarkana on felony warrants. The 37-year-old Winnsboro man was transported to Hopkins County jail.

Rosewell, who is also known by Whiteboy, remained in custody Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021, on warrants for bail jumping/failure to appear and bond forfeiture on a Feb. 3, 2021 possession of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance charge, and a Titus County theft of property valued at $2,500 or more but less than $30,000 charge, according to jail reports. Bond was set at $25,000 on the bail jumping/FTA charge, $70,000 on the controlled substance charge and $10,000 on the theft charge, according to jail reports.

Wendell Frank Johnson Jr.

Wendell Frank Johnson Jr. was booked into Hopkins County jail on Dec. 2, 2021, on a warrant for failure to comply with terms of his duty to register as a sex offender, as well as misdemeanor warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and open container. Deputy Zack Steward then served the 45-year-old Como man with an additional warrant for violation of probation on a tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair, according to arrest reports.

Johnson, who is also known by WF Johnson Jr. and Wenell Johnson, was held Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021, in the county jail on the violation of probation charge. His bond was set at $15,000 on the other felony charge, according to jail reports.

Amanda Raedene Heath

Amanda Raedene Heath was transported by HCSO Deputy Steve Huffman from Tarrant County jail at 10:15 a.m. Dec. 2, 2021, on two Hopkins County a warrant. She was booked 2 hours later and remained in the county jail Dec. 4, 2021, on the bail jumping/failure to appear and possession of less than 1 gram of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance warrants, according to arrest reports.

The 37-year-old Saginaw woman remained in Hopkins County jail Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021. Bond was set at $25,000 on the bail jumping/FTA charge and $1,000 on the July 5, 2020 controlled substance charge, acording to jail reports.

David Alan Swindler

Sulphur Springs Police Sgt. Brandon Mayes learned a warrant had just been issued for David Alan Swindler’s arrest. The 58-year-old Sulphur Springs man was taken into custody on South Davis Street at 4:55 p.m. Dec. 2, 2021, and transported to jail on the warrant for impersonating a public servant, according to jail reports.

Swindler remained in Hopkins County jail Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021, in lieu of the $50,000 bond set on the third-degree felony charge, according to jail reports.

Erin Deniese Goodin

Erin Deniese Goodin turned herself in at Hopkins County Law Enforcement Center Dec. 2, 2021, on a felony warrant. Deputy Aaron Chaney placed the 50-year-old Sunnyvale woman into custody at 2:15 p.m. Thursday and escorted her into the county jail. She was booked shortly thereafter on the warrant for violation of probation, which she was on for a possession of less than 1 gram of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance charge, arrest reports noted.

Goodin, who is also known as E Goodwin, was held in Hopkins County jail on the felon charge Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021. On Dec. 14, 2021, however, she was released from custody on an order to withdraw the charge, according to jail records.

Ashton M. Lindley

Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Richard Brantley took Ashton M. Lindley into custody at 3:48 p.m. Dec. 2, 2021, at the Adult Probation office on a warrant for violation of probation, which she was on for possession of less than 1 gram of a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance.

The 32-year-old Sulphur Springs woman remained in Hopkins County jail Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021, on the felony charge. Thursday was the third time Lindley has been booked into Hopkins County jail for violating probation on the Feb. 20, 2018 controlled substance charge. She spent Feb. 10-April 3, 2019 and Nov. 12-Dec. 9, 2020 in the county jail for the offense, according to jail reports.

Estella Ann Faulk

Estella Ann Faulk, a 24-year-old Quitman woman, was taken into custody at 9 a.m. Dec. 1, 2021, at the jail in Cove County, Oklahoma by Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Terry Thompson, who transported the 24-year-old Quitman woman to Hopkins County jail. She was booked in at 11:39 a.m. Wednesday on a warrant for violation of probation, which she was on for an abandoning or endangering of a child-criminal negligence charge, acording to arrest reports.

She also had an outstanding city warrant for not taking care of a fine for driving the wrong way on a one-way street. Faulk was held in Hopkins County jail Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021, on the felony charge, according to jail reports.

Sonya Lynn Wlodarczak

Sulphur Springs Police Sgt. Brandon Mayes responded to a disturbance complaint on Helm Lane at 11:41 a.m. Dec. 1. He encountered Sonya Lynn Wlodarczak at the location. A records check showed the woman to be wanted on a credit debit card abuse charge, Mayes noted in arrest repots.

Mayes took the 31-year-old Sulphur Springs woman into custody. Wlodarczak remained in Hopkins County jail Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021, in lieu of the $5,000 bond set on the charge, according to jail reports.
