Visitation for Cathy Brown, age 68, of Sulphur Springs, Texas, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 4, 2021, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Mrs. Brown passed on May 31, 2021, at her residence.
Cathy was born on January 1, 1953, in Corsicana, Texas to Herman Luther and Jimmie Louise (Ward) Barham. She married Donnie Brown in March of 1987;he preceded her in death in January 2010. Cathy was a store manager for Family Dollar. She was a woman of the Christian Faith.
She is survived by her son, Michael Brown and wife Jennifer; daughter Monica Somers; grandchildren, Paige Brown, Naomi Brown, Brody Brown, Tim Somers and Shelby Aday; and great-grandchildren, McCoy Aday and Briggins Aday.
Cathy was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Arrangements are under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
