The project on a section Highway 11 just west of Sulphur Springs, TX has reached a significant milestone. Traffic can now drive on the new roadbed, bypassing the dangerously narrow concrete bridge that has been the cause of many accidents.
Drivers should still use caution. The roadbed in not yet complete. KSST has received reports of cracked windshields due to rocks being thrown from vehicle tires.
