June 6 Update: 1 New COVID-19 Case In Hopkins County

Hopkins County’s COVID-19 Total Since MidMarch: 30 Cases, 23 Of Which Are Active Cases And 7 Have Recovered

Hopkins County Judge Robert Newsom at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, June 6, announced 1 new case of COVID-19 case in Hopkins County.

No additional information about the new case is known. The Local Health Authority has reached out to all of the patients with active cases this week and they are home isolating, according toHopkins County Emergency Management Coordinator Andy Endsley.

The two additional cases and 1 additional recovery bring Hopkins County’s total since mid March to 30 cases of COVID-19, 23 of which are active cases and 7 individuals have recovered.
