A third candidate filed for Place 1 on Sulphur Springs City Council.
Mark Bradley filed Friday morning, Feb. 14, for a spot on the May 2 ballot for Place 1 on the council. He challenges Justin M. Brown and Jay W. Julian for the seat.

Place 5 — Ricardo Chavarria and Gary Spraggins
Place 6 — Doug Moore (incumbent)
Place 7 — John A. Sellers (incumbent)
