Samuel Joseph Martin, 36, of Sulphur Springs was transported from the Arkansas Department of Corrections in Malvern, Arkansas to Hopkins County jail, where he was held for bond forfeiture on a credit or debit card abuse charge and bail jumping and failure to appear. A $10,000 cash-only bond was set on the credit/debit card abuse charge and a $25,000 bond was recommended on the other, Hopkins County Sheriff’s Deputy Elijah Fite alleged in arrest reports.
