The public is invited to attend a fundraising Dinner and Auction put on by the Kerry W. Garmon Memorial Scholarship Committee. Here is the invitation.

Dear Friends of the Kerry W. Garmon Memorial Scholarship,

We are hosting The 8th Annual Kerry W. Garmon Memorial Scholarship Dinner and Auction on April 13, 2019 at 6:00 pm in the Kerry W. Garmon Gymnasium. We attribute the success we have had over the past 7 years to you and countless others who have participated in this event. Again this year, we will be giving scholarships to deserving seniors at Saltillo High School.

We will have Beef and Chicken Fajitas, rice, beans with all the sides catered by Andy Wright of Birthright. This will be followed by our 2018 Scholarship recipients: Adriana Ortega, Christie Gurley, Madison Simmons, Sylvia Feijen, Jordan Sustaire, and Trevor Moore. The auction will follow with some great items auctioneered by another Saltillo Alumnus, Travis Mitchell.

Dinner tickets are $15.00 in advance or $17.50 at the door.

Sponsorship tables are available. Platinum sponsors are $500.00 for 8 tickets to the dinner and Gold Sponsors are $250.00 for 4 tickets to the dinner. Please contact Kim Moore at 903-438-6429 if you would like to purchase a sponsorship table or have any questions.

Tickets for the dinner can be obtained by calling the Saltillo School at 903-537-2386.

We are looking forward to making this the best year yet and hope you will continue to participate. Thank you for your past and future involvement in the lives of our kids at Saltillo ISD. Any questions, please call Kim Moore 903-438-6429.

Thank you,
The Kerry W. Garmon Memorial Scholarship Committee
