Mrs. Vaudeane Bennett, age 71 of Winnsboro, passed away on Sunday, March 10th, 2019 in Tyler. She was born on June 13th, 1947 in Gladewater to the late James Burgin and Alice Mooney Bennett. She was a retired Tax Collector and was a member of Pine Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Ray Bennett, and parents, James and Alice Bennett.
Vaudeane is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Wilson and husband, Stephen of Winnsboro; granddaughter, Samantha Wilson Reese and her husband, James; nephews, Shayne, Chris, and Matt Burgin and niece, Shaynee Burgin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 15th, 2019 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at Beaty Funeral Home in Winnsboro 816 W. Broadway Winnsboro, TX 75494.
Graveside Service will be held on Friday, March 15th, 2019 at Lee Cemetery Highway 37 S. Winnsboro, TX at 1:00 pm, Rev. Tom Friday conducting, interment will follow at Lee Cemetery in Winnsboro, with Chris Burgin, Shayne Burgin, James Reece, Stephen Wilson, Matt Burgin, Spencer McGregor serving as honorary pallbearers.
