William Johnnie Johnson, 71, of Yantis was detained by Loss Prevention at a local discount store after he passed the last point of purchase without paying for merchandise. A records check showed he has been convicted of three or more previous thefts.
He is charged with Theft of Property under $2500 with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.
