The Sulphur Springs area Boy Scouts of America invite all current scouts, former scouts and the public to attend the dedication of Liberty Circle on Saturday, March 31, at 10:00 AM, at Heritage Park.
Liberty Circle honors all the Eagle Scouts, Vigil Honor members of the Order of the Arrow, and the Silver Beaver recipients from the NeTseO Trails Council of the BSA.
