Funeral services for Thomas Odell Kincaid, age 81, have been scheduled for 1:00 PM, Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Tapp Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Tapp Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Mr. Kincaid passed away at Parkland Hospital on Friday, February 16, 2018.
