With the Republican and Democrat Primary Elections approaching some dates become very important for the voter. The two primary elections will determine their party nominees for various county, state, and national offices. Although few Democrat candidates, and none locally, have opposition, the Republican primary ballot will include challengers in several races.

For County Court-at-Law Judge: clay Harrison, Steve Lilley

Monday, Feb. 5, 2018, is the last day to register to vote for March primary.
Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2018, early voting begins for March 6 primary election
Friday, March 2, 2018 is the last day of early voting for March 6 primary election
Tuesday, March 6, 2018 is the primary election.
