Downtown Business Alliance awarded a plaque to Leota Cone and John Sellers with City National Bank for their dedication to the DBA Fall Decorating Contest. The bank has decorated its downtown location for fall for years and members of the community look forward to seeing the beautiful display of fall decorations each year.
