Dakota Shane Humphries, 21, of Sulphur Springs

          Funeral service for Dakota Shane Humphries, age 21, of Sulphur Springs, have been scheduled for 11:00 AMThursday, September 28, 2017 at Tapp Funeral Home Chapel with Kerry Roy officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Javier Maceda, Zeke Palacios, Justin Humphries, Kami Wilton, Ian Wilton and John Humphries.  Visitation is scheduled for 2 hours prior to the service.  Dakota Humphries passed away on September 25, 2017 at Hospice of East Texas in Tyler.

         Dakota was born in Dallas on April 23, 1996, the son of John Michael Humphries and Ana Sylvia Valdez Humphries.   

Survivors include: father, John Humphries; brothers, Justin D’Wayne Humphries, John Michael Humphries, II, Johnathan Humphries, Bradley Humphries, J.J. Humphries and Brett Humphries; sisters, Destiny Humphries and Kami Wilton; grandparents, Zeke Palacios and Jose Valdez.

 He was preceded in death by his mother, Ana Humphries; brother, Austin Humphries; grandmother, Anna Palacios; great grandmother, Sybil Caudle
