Cremation arrangements have been made for Nellie Marie Painter, age 86, of Emory. Mrs. Painter passed away Saturday, July 22, 2017 in Sulphur Springs, at Carriage House Manor. She was born July 6, 1931, in Oklahoma City, OK to Woodrow and Willie Ann Smith Weaver. During her working career, she worked for Pizza Inn Corp., as a secretary. She married Burl Painter in Kilgore on August 20, 1988. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Daughter: Cheryl Cervantes of Ft. Worth;
