Sulphur Springs Police stopped a vehicle for a minor traffic violation. When Mark Rayburn Stuart, 30, of Cumby began acting nervous, he was asked for permission to search the vehicle. The officers observed Stuart making furtive movements towards his left front jeans pocket. There the officer located three yellow pills believed to be hydrocodone.
Stuart is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3 less than 28-grams in a Drug Free Zone.
