Among teams playing on this very busy game day are the Wildcats’ basketball team, the Lady Cats softball team, the Wildcats’ baseball team, the Wildcats and Lady Cats’ soccer teams and the Wildcats’ tennis team.
The Wildcats’ basketball team will take on Carrollton Creekview in an area contest Friday night at 7 p.m. at Rockwall. The Wildcats defeated North Forney in bi-district while Carrollton Creekview surprised Frisco Lone Star in bi-district. The winner Friday will face the winner of a Little Elm and West Mesquite game. We will bring you Wildcats Basketball live on KSST Radio from Rockwall at 7 p.m. We will also videotape the game for replay on Channel 18 on Suddenlink Cable at a later date.
The Lady Cats’ softball team played Rowlett (story coming) at 11 a.m. and they will face Dallas W.T. White at 3 p.m. In an Allen tournament Friday.
The Wildcats’ baseball team played Waxahachie (story coming) at 11 a.m. and they will face Nacogdoches at 3 p.m. in the Rose Classic in Tyler Friday.
The Lady Cats’ soccer team is playing host to Marshall at the SSHS Track Complex Friday night. There will be a JV contest at 5:30 p.m. and a varsity game at around 7:15 p.m.
