The Lady Cats’ basketball team evened their season record at 1-1 with a 66-31 win at Emory Rains Saturday morning. The Lady Cats outscored Rains in every quarter.
Kaylee Jefferson led the Lady Cats with 20 points and Sadavia Porter added 12. All of the Lady Cats scored including Autumn Tanton with 8, Daieyshia Pruitt with 7, Imani Taylor with 6, Tori Moore with 5 and Destinee Weeks and Rita Hill with 4 each.
The Lady Cats return to their home court to play North Lamar Tuesday at 7 p.m.
