A visitation for Mr. Perry Evans will be held Wednesday, October 12, at Tapp Funeral Home from 6 until 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, October 13, in the Sulphur Bluff ISD Gymnasium.
Mr. Evans passed away as the result of a school bus accident early Monday morning on State Highway 19N in Hopkins County. He was a Special Education teacher and bus driver. He had retired as a teacher in the Sulphur Bluff ISD. Early Dismissal of the Sulphur Bluff School District is planned for 12:30 p.m. Thursday with buses running on the early dismissal schedule.
